Incredible customer service.

I purchased a beautiful silk tunic while on a cruise. When I got home I was disappointed to see that the tag was stitched on the outside. The shop owner contacted me and mailed another with a normal tag on the inside. I am so delighted with my purchase now and can’t get over the incredible customer service. Thank you so much.
